We may require photographic evidence in order to assess your claim and, if appropriate, will offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take several working days to process.
Non-floral items (such as vases or gifts) may be eligible for return if they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
